These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rainbet Casino website and all related services operated by RBGAMING N.V. ("Rainbet", "we", "our", "us"). By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Account Eligibility
To register and use Rainbet Casino, you must meet the following requirements:

- You may only hold one account per person, household, IP address, or device. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time and to request additional documentation to confirm eligibility.
2. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately at support@albertsamaha.com.
Rainbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account that appears to be used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner inconsistent with responsible gambling principles.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours.
- E-wallet withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
- Card and bank transfers may take 3–7 business days.

4. Wagering Rules
All games on Rainbet are governed by the rules specific to each game, which are displayed within the game interface. General wagering rules include:
- Players must wager with their own funds. Using exploits, bugs, or collusion is strictly prohibited.
- Rainbet reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds due to technical errors.
- Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined (in sports betting) will be void.
- Maximum win limits per spin or bet may apply on specific games, as indicated within the game.
5. Bonus Terms
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:
- Bonuses are subject to a 40x wagering requirement on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
- Free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements as specified per promotion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Rainbet website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game designs, user interfaces, and software - is the property of RBGAMING N.V. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from Rainbet.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rainbet platform:
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with games or the platform.
- Exploiting technical bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Rainbet staff.
- Providing false information during registration or verification.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rainbet Casino provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rainbet disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for:
- Losses arising from interruptions, delays, or errors in the service.
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from use of the platform.
- Actions taken by third-party payment processors or service providers.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account or our services, please follow this process:
- Contact our support team at support@albertsamaha.com with full details of your complaint.
- We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days.
- If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority (Curacao Gaming Control Board or Anjouan Gaming Authority).
10. Changes to These Terms
Rainbet reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao.
